Wrong Product

If you have mistakenly received a product other than the request, we will manage a collection at no cost to you, and whenever possible, we'll send you the right product. If It is not possible to send the product, you will be paid the full amount of your order. Defective Product: Guarantee Management

Runnics, together with the suppliers and manufacturers of the products, covers the management of guarantees due to manufacturing defects.

Warranty Management does not cover natural wear and tear for the use of such products.

Warranty claims requiring a verification process will involve a somewhat longer resolution period. Where the guarantee is accepted, it shall be replaced by the same article whenever possible, or the amount of the product shall be paid.

If the warranty is not accepted, the product will be re-shipped again, which will have an additional charge.
